I am thinking of trying and use butt plug.. i watch website for infos and they say need wat wat'enema' be4 using butt plug... can anyone guide me through ''enema' ?
Hahaha, yeah, a doc could. I don't think you *have* to get an enema first, but some people actually dig them so... I'm pretty sure you can get home enema kits and they'll no doubt come with instructions.
The reason for the enema is to assure your colon is clean. There are different methods to clean your poop shoot. The most common method is to use a water bottle with a rubber tube. Simply fill the water bottle with "warm" water and a "drop" or two of liquid soap. Lube the small plastic tube, unclip the hose and insert the plastic tube into your butt hole.
