Bustle Music, New Way To Stream Music ?

I'm here to share with you about Bustle Music (www.bustlemusic.com) a french music start-up which pledged to remunerate the artists fairly.
They are defending the interests of independent artists and local stages. (60 % of the income goes to the artists)
Little extra: when you are on their website you have the opportunity to naviguate on a virtual world map to find artists from different countries.

What do you think about it ? Is it a good economic structure for the "small artists" across the world?
