Woo-Hoo! Dismissed! Dismissed! Dismissed! All charges dismissed - A subpeona for 2 Deputites to appear today at 1:30 and no show! And they wanted a Continuance??? When they are the one who picked and set the date to begin with? So, I lost my fiance', two prospective new accounts, $1K Bond, and 3 nights in jail - There should be a law! When I am subpeonaed to appear and don't show, I get arrested.... I'll bet they don't. Thanks everyone for your karma and thoughts... now it's time for a BIG one with nice slow tokes. Everything sounds like it worked out for the better, I am a little high though. Maybe I read it wrong.
My fiance just went to court Monday. The Deputy showed and wanted her to plead to Battery on him?!?!? So she is getting an attorney to help her get this dismissed. I am hoping my article gets seen by others (Deputies maybe?) who may wish to do something about the people and procedures that did not exist here. So we have a continuance on her charges... sucks.
if that happened to my girl, let alone fiance or wife, those cops would meet my wrath later. Abducted, given drugs to clear there memory, beaten pretty bad and left naked in the street somewhere. Family is something you dont mess with like that. I know violence is not a good solution but either way thats what I would do.
