busted,charged,and suspended from school all in one night in my driveway..

so i skipped school early before 4th period with a friend of mine, we got in our cars and drove off, we left because i had just bought 2 dimes of fire and i wanted to smoke it right then. he was up for it and we went to his house, hit his pipe(4 bowls) and 2 joints, plus a few cigs afterwards. so after i get home I'm sittin on the couch when the fuzz shows up at my door, i live in a small town so i thought they were there to see where i was after skipping school, i was calm and explained that i left because i didn't like the teacher and said fuck it and left early, then they said to follow them, we went out to the squad car and one pig pulled out my cigar box full of seeds,stems,papers,a razor and a straw(for painkillers) he knew it was mine, i admitted to it, and in NC i can be charged 5 years for seeds(WTF). then they searched my car, found lighters, a full dime, a little from the first dime, a carton of shitty cigs and a pack of marlboro reds(i just got all of the cigs that day, i don't smoke cigs that much) and tubes for my kick ass hookah, when i said i didn't have a bong yet just the tubes he put me in handcuffs and said if he had to go all the way down to the station and hold me there until he gets a warrant and then searches my house and finds one he will charge me with all the shit(around 10-12 years in all) so i had to give up the bong.
but wat really got me was that my grandmother(parent) got home and played up all this act about how she can't hear about this, so i'm thinkin how the hell did the cops get my shit out of my room, right. so after all i got charged with possesion, and a paraphernalia then the next day i watched as everyone i knew was brought in for a search at school, including the guy i bought it from and all of his suppliers(he cracked after they found over an ounce on him) 3 people were arrested by the same fat ass cop that got me the night before, and i got a 10 day suspension and possible 365. all this time i still didn't know how the cops found my stash in my room, my grandma said it probably was my mom who smokes weed(or used to) and drinks a lot. i loosely agreed with her but i thought my mom would'nt go to the police with it first. so after asking a few more times my grandma admmitted to finding it and without confronting me gave it to the cops, after all that she said the night i got busted, everything she did for those days was an act because she knew all about wat was about to go down. and so im serving my suspension and waitin for my court date without a car and without my bong and all my weed and seeds i planned to plant in the summer, which could have all been traded for being grounded if my grandma would of just come to me, her 16 year old grandson pothead and asked me about it. plus i have a drug assesment next thursday and i know i won't pass without gettin some piss off someone clean(idk anyone).
but i know one thing... those cops are sittin somewhere lightin up my shit with my papers and my bong gettin high and im stuck with all this shit.....

 

She really turned you over to the police?! Especially since she's family, Family dosent snitch especially about something as simple as a little bit of pot and some paraphanilia, thats just betrayal!!

 

hmmm, You'll probably get the minimal sentance. My friends had ounces in their car after being caught and only got 11 days of oss.

The only exception is if you've already talked to a LAWYER first. They can and will lie and usually it's totally legal to do so.

if that was my gran, i would tell her what a fucking dickhead she is, and never ever speak to her again. how dumb is she, basicly she ruined ur life, cuz u will have a record and you might not be able to do a job that u like or go to a college u like. thats sooo fucked up and from fammily too, man noone in my family would give me over to cops if they found my room full of weed plants, a suitcase full of heroin and a meth lab, fuck me u got screwed over- it means u cant trust her no-more, basicly u got a narc living in ur house :l

If you would have shut the fuck up all they would have on you is the frickin skipping school, and all you have to say about that is that you felt sick, threw up, and came home...
And you are not going to get 12-16 years for possesion of stems and seeds, especially if you are under 18. you are looking at a shit load of community service with maybe a month or two in the clink.

 

Do you really need to pass the piss test, cos there are other ways... few drops of bleach in it for example. Though I don't see how that would help much since you are already kinda screwed. What are they making you do the test for anyway? Sounds like they already have you nailed. Best of luck to you bro, hope you don't go down for too long.

 

^^ Actually come to think of it I dunno if bleach works for proper police test thingys, but I'm sure there's other ways. There should be a sticky on this somewhere, but damned if I can find it.

 

thanks for your support and advice everyone, this is some stupid shit i got into and now the leos are saying they will charge me a felany for seeds unless i tell them who i got it from and i have to go back to the place with them watching and buy more weed so they can arrest the dealers... there is no way in hell i'm doing that shit, my lawyer said something about if they charge me now, like a week after they charged me the first time, we have some way to get out of all of it because of police threats or something, i still have to talk to him more...
