Burning Spear

I've recently found Burning Spear and I am in LOVE.
I love listening to Rasta reggae and Burning Spear sure happens to have inspirational music for all of JAH's people.
What other music would you suggest for me?
Also, tell me, what do you think of BS?

would be nice if we could set up sub forums for roots dub dancehall the works, ya kno?

yea that would b nice...but its cool. the reason i put up that dub thread was to be like a space for people to share new artists in dub...cuz i wouldnt mind at all hearing sum new stuff ya know.
i love finding new stuff all the time. thats just what i do yo haha.

 

yeam i hear ya there..i'm constantly on the lookout for new stuff to check out, wether its roots or dub or whatever & i recently lost 2 hard drives so i got a ton of music i gotta replace

 

aww dood im sorry to hear that. yea last year at my old school i had morpheus on my computer and got a tonna songs...actually a lot of them i wasnt aware about cuz other people downloaded them...hmmm...but anyhow...the point is this year i have a butt load i wanna get...and dont have money for (the life of a college student)...and the school im at now has an internet service that doesnt allow me to use morpheus or other sites to download music...so it kinda sux...i have to buy cd's...or get other people to burn for me...blah.

i really really want the augustus pablo cd with king tubby to start with. papa jazz in my hometown said they had augustus pablo...but turned out not the album i wanted...anywho that would b totally awesome...plus theres so many more . but i couldnt place a burden like that on you
