I just heard on the news that they have a new sandwich at Burger King... Three pieces of bacon Two pieces of cheese Two eggs A sausage patty All in a bun...containing over 750 calories. I almost puked when I heard that. 750 calories is the equivalent of 7 glazed donuts or four pieces of pizza or 15 pieces of fried chicken. And Burger King spokespeople claim that people need high calorie on the go breakfast foods....I'm not sure any of us eat 15 pieces of friend chicken for breakfast. And we wonder why everyone in the US is obese... *shakes head*
nope but i did just see the news thing about that breakfast sandwich. If they keep making it in a couple of years, people are gonna start dropping like bystandards in a bank robbery of heart attacks
i dont feel sorry for anyone that eats that shit all the time and then bitches. duh. educate yourselves fools.
I totally agree, did you hear about someone trying to sue Mc Donalds cause they got fat or something? It's like damn eat a damn vegetable now and then, and I'm not talking about the lettuce on the burger
_________________ My theory is if you don't want it don't eat it. I'm so sick of people knocking fat people, get a life! I have to sit in a restaurant every Sunday with my dad and have him stare at me while I eat. He has to make comments like you are eating Diabetes. I'm just so sick of hearing it! If you got to look at the caloric intake of food instead of enjoying it for the taste then eat at home. Pour wheat germ on your lawn and go outside and have a happy. I'm sorry about the rant but I'm just so depressed because I just want to be able to eat in piece like millions of other people without being made to feel gross.
Yeah! Ok, I've never had anybody tell me to my face that I'm getting fat because of my food choices, but my mom's been ragging on me lately about bread and other foods with gluten (she's gluten intolerant, I guess it can be hereditary, she's convinced that I'm also gluten intolerant because I have a very round belly... like sticking out, pot belly-ness, rather than all around pudginess). I know it's meant to be constructive and helpful, but sometimes I just want to tell her to shut up. Overweight people aren't necessarily unhealthy... I admit I should be in better cardiovascular health but I frickin rock on the lower leg press
______________ I do 150 crunches a day 6 days a week, lots of leg and arm exersizes and I can walk form anywhere to anwhere in all weather. I look at thin smokers that can't round the block without puffing and I want to know why I'm the one that so unhealthy. (I admit that none of that meat would be on my sandwhich if I ordered it (I don't eat pork or beef) but if there is someone that wants it then have it your way.)
wah wah, only fat people would complain about this thread. geez. she wasnt dissing fat people. go cry in your little corner and eat your whopper.
i wish i had the willpower to get back to working out all the time.. it's been so long since i've had a routine. anyway, that sandwich sounds horrible... i wish fast food restaurants would offer more healthy choices. i'm so proud of my store i work at for switching to a lot of healthier options, and adding vegetarian items to the menu. it's really great it needs to spread though to other places... seriously. bleh. does anybody else have a Bless Your Heart Cafe? i don't know if they're a chain or not.... hmmm.... they're very good, healthy stuff, and yeah, really great place to chow down at
my restaurant started to add healthy items too, like buffalo steaks (they are more lean and less carbs than a beef steak). but alot of you hippies wouldnt like the fact that they butcher 2 year old buffalo for those steaks.
