I found this weed stash(dont ask) and there was hella weed and outta no where there are these dimebags filled with brown powder. What is this?

what, do you sniff heroin when its a brown powder? Its either heroin or hash but it is really powdery and fairly brown.

 

It can be snorted or smoked when powdery. Or it is cooked into a liquid with a lighter and spoon and injected. I don't recommend it at all.
