Broth is meat tea

I was going to say that the jellied consomme seemed very old school New England!

 

Is old school New England, English?

 

Pretty much! All of the old WASPy types around here love that stuff. Has to be Campbells brand.

 

I don't even know what consomme is. Probably could've googled it instead of writing this useless post but, well, here we are.

I had beet broth with rose petals and I added cacao powder. It was delicious.

 

I used to like the broth for Pho; the Vietnamese soup, but I sort of grew apart from that as well. It's partly this diet. I'm not eating out, so I don't get to have Pho. But even so there was something about Pho that didn't agree with me. Lots of people really like it though, and I'd still recommend it to someone who hasn't ever tried it. The broth smells delicious!

 

Mmmmm pho. I made it at home once and it was a pain in the ass but turned out amazing

 

and yet humans love pizza, and cheeze. go figure; humans.
cheeze is spoiled milk.
and pizza is just bread dough that tasts like cardboard, with a bunch of cheeze and tomaintoe sauce on it.
