    I was wondering what everyone thinks about the Bronte sisters, which do you prefer?
    I've only read Charlotte's Jane Eyre, but I will have to read one from Emily and another from Anne, but for each sister, I dont know which one to choose!

    {Can you suggest the best work from Anne and Emily? Wuthering heights is famous, but that doesnt always mean good, and for Anne I have to choose between Agnes gray and the teneant of wildfell hall.}

    I think that Wuthering Heights was the only thing that Emily wrote, although I could be wrong. I personally liked Wuthering Heights better than Jane Eyre, although I loved both. Those are the only two I've read.

    Emily was by fat the greatest writer and the greatest poet of the 3 sisters. (Although I believe the brother Branwell was the best poet overall) Emily only wrote one novel 'Wuthering Heights' which established her place in the history of English writing greats.
    Anne was the worst poet of the family and from what I understand, her novels are no where near as great as her sisters. My mother says that 'Agnes Grey' is TERRIBLE, so maybe you should go for 'The tenant of Wildfell Hall'??

    Wuthering Heights is excellent, although I prefer Jane Eyre. Haven't read Agnes Grey or the Tenant so afraid I can't advise...
