Hmm, done a few Marathons in my time and regualr 10 mile hikes - how about you?

 

I think 20 miles, and that was for charity years ago.

We have buses and taxis for short journeys, trains and 'planes for longer journeys, so there is no need to walk !!!

 

I would rather yoga than cardio ....I would rather hike than go to gym..I would rather take a walk on the beach than go to a gym ..I would rather read a book than watch television ..

I work out at home

I hate doing it and would rather do other things . However I know it keeps me going and fit .
