I just smoked for the first time after a short hiatus due to anxiety. I fasted on teas and juices for a 4 days to just center myself and my anxiety is a whole lot better. Plus I'm fucking face meltingly blazed right now. I feel "middle school high". Like that first insane high. This is probably because of the breaka nd i havent eaten. I am sooo ready to eat now too though. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Im drooling. And I feel really really really good and not nervous or jittery like in the recent passt. Mmmm. Good times. Oh and I found my bottle of ativan that mysteriously disappeared. Rolled under the bed, who woulda thunk it? Delicious. I hope everyone else here is having an equally wonderful night!!!
I'd like to try fasting on green tea. I'm a pretty scrawny guy tho. I definitely couldn't do 4 days. maybe 2.
Haha my anxiety is back now, 4 years later. And a fast is not really worth it for less than 4 days (IMO). The first 2 and a half days absolutely fucking suck and after that you get the euphoria and actually cleanse your system. But yeah, I have fat reserves to spare (Uhhh--- DD's for boobies!!!!), I can understand the aprehension if you are already underweight
I am not underweight, but I did have anorexia for many years, so fasting right now isnt going to help me . lol. I used to do it for spiritual reasons but I cant really do it anymore. (i struggle some days still but not as bad as it was)
