Anyone else here completely despise this activity? I went today and finally found 2 in one go, which is amazing. Usually I just get pissed off and leave. Seriously, it's hard not to! All the different brands are different sizes, then they've got the ones that say they're your size but don't hold "the girls" quite right.... and padded bras, what the hell, who came up with those? Blahh. Relate to my miseryyyy plz :D

Hate it. What is the point of having larger size bras with padding - I don't want them bigger. Then depending on what shop you go to, the sizes differ.

I usually bulk buy, so I don't have to do it too often!

plus I just feel awkward standing there with 6 bras in my hand and there are all these old dudes kinda walking around and peering... it's probably in my head but still i have such a hang-up about it.

I hate bra shopping, but I actually like padded bras. They make my girls feel all nice and protected.

i like a little lining in my bras, too. i have hyper nipples and frankly get tired of people looking at them. full coverage bras make my boobs look weird, and no matter how close the fit, i will always have a little gushing out at least one week a month. so i go with demi cups. the coverage is decent, my boobs are round, not triangular, and it allows for a little size difference at various points in the month.

but if your boobs are falling out of it or not filling it up, the cup size is wrong.

I really dislike them, I'm not that big so I can get away with not wearing one most of the time, but if i have to I'm uncomfortable all day.

a proper wireless cotton or microfiber bra, with a correct fit, doesn't really feel like it's there at all. i've slept in them, not knowing i had them on.

It's definitely worthwhile to get a bra fitting. I was uncomfortable in them and then I found out that I was wearing a B-cup when I really should have been wearing a C. It's funny how you don't notice it fits wrong until you get one that fits right.

I'm with you on the nipple thing KC... that's why I like padding too.

Bra shopping has always been a distasteful task, but just yesterday I bought two bras that actually fit! I usually wore C, but these are D and now they don't pop out anymore :D

The only thing I hate more is jeans shopping. I usually can just go into Vicky's and grab my size but sometimes they are cut differently and I get it home and it's fucked! I hate trying on if I don't have to so I usually just take the gamble... I need to go soon though, still have a gift card from xxx-mas... dread.

i usually have to try them on because my legs are long, so theyre usually too short...

and in different shops the sizes can be different too... i really hate tryin them on though

but it has to be done :(

    Same.

I wish someone would do all my shopping for me. Someone with awesome taste, of course.

I relate! I hate bra shopping. I enjoy finding pretty ones and stuff but like you said, it's so hard finding the exact size because all brands are different. Although I must say, padded bras aren't all that bad, some people just need a little enhancement. haha. My friend got me a water bra for christmas one year, I could never bring myself to wear that. lol.
