Yes we live about 30 Mtrs/Yards from the promenade.
What we have there is quite a tidal sea, when sometimes there is a lovely beach showing, and sometimes it is covered with the sea.
I like it like that.
Sometimes the sea bashes over the sea wall, and it can be very dangerous to walk along the promenade.

Right now it is 23.14PM here in Rhos On Sea and dark and very quiet, so a very nice evening.
Only 11c right now though.

Yes it may be cold outside Gal here at 23.25PM but I don't go to bed until around 3.00AM.
So a long time to go yet.

I have six CCTV cameras which are going 24/7 and sometimes I look at them as well all at once on my 75 inch TV as I read or whatever.
There is always something going on 24/7 and it is nice to watch the sunset and the night time and the sunrise and the daytime.
Being able to see people and they cannot know they are on camera is very interesting.

Please don't think of me as a 'Peeping Tom' though.
It is no more than some guy in a petrol station or supermarket of an airport will do when considering security.

There is nothing I like more than to sit on a bench down on the promenade and just people watch.
People rather fascinate me, like you for instance!
I can already tell that you are a very nice Woman who also takes an interest in people and what is going on everywhere.

So please join the club!

I'm guessing a place like that is pricey.

 

Good morning Dr and anyone who looks in.
We paid £250,000 for it 5 years ago, but house prices here in Wales haven't risen very much at all.
Some months a go we got a valuer in for a price estimate as we were having a thought about buying another apartment in a lovely new build going on.
The Estate Agent said try £275,000.
But we decided to stay here after all.

It is only 11c here and sunny in Rhos On Sea at the moment 9.40AM, but forecast possible 20c later and sunny.
We want to go out for an 8 mile walk later, but we have to stay in for a parcel, so maybe.
In the meantime I hope wherever you are that it is a very nice day for all at HIP.

It isn't noisy here at all like the cams seem to be saying.
I have the sound on them turned up as far as it will go, so picks up a lot more sound than there really is.

I would love to buy a private property on the coast and take full advantage of the resources.

 

Well it took all of my working life to be able to move here Dr, but now just enjoying our early retirement.
Can't get out as much as we would like because of this dratted virus though.
