I'm assuming those breasts are breasts implants because let's be real here not even the smallest, perkiest breasts go that high on the chest and are that close together. Surely larger breasts wouldn't remotely be able to do that. So, if she can afford a breast augmentation than I'm sure she can afford a breast lift every few years. Basically, I'm not concerned about the sagging, at least not for her. And even if she does happen to sag I still wouldn't be concerned. I think breast lifts should be free to all American women. America wants non-sagging breasts, so America should pay for the surgery that allows for non-sagging breasts, also called a breast lift. Because no matter the size all breasts will sag. Yes, larger breasted women find this future earlier in life, but the smaller breasted women will end up there sooner or later.
In real life I prefer medium size boobs, but it is the entire body and the sexual chemistry between the woman and I that matters the most. Sure like any guy I like looking at big boobs - in fact I love ' em, but I once had a girlfriend who was very slender and HUGE up top and while that was fun, walking around with her was kind of ridiculous because EVERYONE guys and girls, used to stare at her.

Boobs...same as men's balls as you age, gravity takes over whether they are large or small. Just a part of life. But all these women getting fake boobs to me is ridiculous....they are plastic!
