I'm glad it's mid-june, I think I'll be able to hit it up.

2005 our plans to go fell through, but this year I'm there!! Can you tell me if a lot of parents bring their little ones. My daughter is 5 and loves outdoor concerts but it's a long trip for us and I just wanted a heads up on what it's like for children.

i'm sure they have a "quiet camping" section, or a family camping.

Yeah, there should be a pretty good crowd in the end. Will they have it in the same place as last year? I was wondering if the hurricanes or storms had chnged any plans for 2006.
I'm sure 2006 Bonarroo will be happening in honor of a lot of lost blues in the bayou.

Hey Avonmora. Scroo the 'Roo and come to Wakarusa. Its in Lawrence so it's a much shorter drive than going all the way to TN. Last year there were 45,000 there so its much smaller and far less commercial that 'Roo.

I have seen kids there through the years. I probably wouldn't take mine, but that's just me. There's just nothing there for kids to do really. They do have a playground set up. I guess it just depends on the child. My kids would be bored to death.

Yeah, a friend of mine told me about Wakarusa. Is it usually in June, too. Lawrence is only about a 4 hr. drive for me. That would be much better for my pocketbook. Let me know the details if you get a chance. Or you can private message me the link to check it out. Thanks! Sounds like a plan!

Yeah same here, It's around eight hours away, so it's a bit of a drive. But well worth it.
