I know alot of people ahve posted questions asking how to clean a pipe but I don't have the time right now to go searching for the thread. Any good ideas on how to boil a glass pipe and dry the resin?
A couple weeks ago me and my buddy were so desperate for something to smoke that we decided to boil my pipe. Just simply place it in a pot and begin boiling it. Eventially the resin will begin to exit the pipe. Just pour the resinated water into a coffee filter or tea filter that way the resin and water seperate. My friend and i just stuck the resin in his microwave to get it a bit more dried out. Hope that helps because it definatley saved our night.
I should try that sometimes im low on cash and that seem a lot better than smoking your friends weed. it's ok to have your friends smoke you out every once in a while but after 3 or 4 times in a row you begin to look like an ass
Try and boil it when no on in your house is going to be home for awhile....enless they don't care...because when you boil your bowl it tends to stink like resin...in your house
i would highly suggest NOT boiling glass pieces. i always used to, but ive broken 3 of them already (youd think id learn) by boiling them. id suggest scraping them, heat it up with a lighter or something and then use rubbing alcohol on the glass when you are done. but im also very careless so maybe my breaking the pieces had something to do with that...who knows
waht about, boil them in alcohol, then evapurate the alcohol to make pipe-resin-oil sorta thing. alcohol would clean teh pipe better, and wont break te glass as easily. jsut be careful not to light the alcohol caus its very hard to see an alcohol flame.
use an electric stove = no fire gas stove = great caution blowtorch = bonfire + destroyed cookery + an awesome blowtorch
