My wife and I both have had some cosmetic surgery. Panama is a conservative country and there are almost no nude resorts, but that does not stop them from getting breast enhancement and butt lifts. They wear skin tight clothes and show off what they got. Question: What is the cultural norm for cosmetic surgery in your country, and most importantly nudity too? We are nudist.
