I'm sure if you're strict enough about being a vegetarian that you read the ingredients.. But just in case you don't, it seems like most boca things have eggs in them. I don't like eating eggs so I was a bit upset at that. I do eat them in things though sometimes like baked stuff. I would just think a vegetarian thing wouldn't have eggs blah.
Sooo just so you know! I'm kind of an ingredient and nutrition fact freak haha.

I havn't tried them yet but Amy's brand veggie burgers don't use eggs. http://www.amys.com/products/category_view.php?prod_category=1
Looks like most of them are vegan... except for the chicago veggie burger which has cheese. I've checked the cheese that they use for their pizza, and they don't use animal rennet just in case you eat cheese, I'd assume they wouldn't use animal rennet in the cheese for these burgers either. Everything I've tried of this brand is very good.

That sucks...i've recently really started getting bothered by eating eggs too. just out of curiosity what are some egg replacements and how good are they, if anyone knows.

Yesterday I was really thinking about this because I went to my workplace and there were some cookies sitting there, so I grabbed one. If I didn't eat eggs whenever something like this came about I would have to track down the person that made the bakery goods and ask if they used eggs....I dunno I would way rather not eat eggs but man what a burden.

brad, mostly egg replacement is for baking. theppk.com has an awesome list.
scrambled tofu for breakfasts, of course.

Yeah I was only talking about Boca stuff. I LOVE Amy's stuff. :D

And I didn't know egg replacement was just for baking.. The only kind I've seen anyway contains eggs, its like enriched or something.
I read somewhere you can use soy flour and water to replace eggs for baking but I don't know.

    I can't resist baked goods though. =P

Boca does have a vegan burger that is pretty good. I have not seen it in many places though. But I have learned to read labels as a lot of vegetarian processed foods have either milk, eggs, or both.
