blunt stories?

One time my friend was cutting open a swisha sweet, and inside were a few little pebbles (yeah like rocks), and a piece of plastic that was coiled up about 2 feet long inside of the swisha sweet. Imagine plastic string type of stuff. That was pretty sick.

I'm ok at rolling blunts, I don't roll enough anymore to keep up with it. But a lot of my buddies almost only smoke blunts, so I see a lot of those. I like vanilla flavored blunts.

 

Peach is the way to go. Only wraps though i hate rolling with white owls or anything like that.

 

i almost always only roll with shells, because i hate wraps. i prefer phillies or white owls, but a swisher is ok in a pinch.

once i found a piece of cellophane in a phillies blunt.

once i found a feather in a very, very cheap handrolled dominican cigar.

i could see some foreign object finding its way into a short-filler machine made cigar like a phillies, but not a handrolled cigar. i was pissed. cause with the plastic in the blunt, i was emptying it out to smoke weed out of anyway. didnt matter.

the feather in the cigar came in a stogie i got in a "grab bag" deal. ugh. never again. you can't roll blunts easily with handrolled cigars, and even if you can the wrapper isnt going to smoke the same...more nicotine, no flavoring, easier to tear, its a real leaf instead of a paper made from tobacco....no good. so i was out a cigar.

My blunt rolling skills are decent, at best, and I usually only smoke blunts if a couple of my pals are throwing down some bud for it too.

So I usually leave the blunt rolling up to them.

But if I've got a quarter or something, and I'm smoking by myself, sometimes I'll roll up a blunt, usually with a white owl. I like the strawberry a lot.

 

my rolling abilities aren't quite what they used to be, but if im smoking by myself or if i'm the most experienced roller in the group, then i'll roll one up. usually i also leave it up to the other heads, as in my time i've known at least three blunt rollers i would deem masters of the art, and two i still associate with. one was also a black belt and went to culinary school, as well as learned to play musical instruments well - i credit his skills to simply being good with his hands and being patient with it.

but sometimes i surprise myself with a damn fine blunt.

even though i now try to buy larger quantities of pot because its harder to come by these days, i still try to smoke bowls as much as i can to conserve it. i waste a lot smoking blunts alone, and i can't afford to waste weed. i like my ivape, i like my two foot bong, and all my bowls.

 

i smoke way to many blunts of dank by myself. I just love the art of rolling up a perfect L and smoking the whole thing

 

I use dutchmasters or garcia vega. peel the outer leaf off carefully, then cut a strip out of the inner piece so you dont get overlap. Twist the shit up then seal it more and make it look pretty by wrapping the outer leaf back around

 

your gonna have to video tape that one as an instructional video.

 

Haha cool I can do that. I think one of my friends has a decent cam. I learned it from my boy whos dominican, and they must have rolling skills in their genes or something. Shit I should film him rolling one up, I'm good but his blunts are just sick.

 

i dont know about it being genetic, but i know that a major industry in the dominican republic is cigars - and the DR makes TONS of different HIGH QUALITY handrolled cigars...many of them of a level of perfection beyond my wildest dreams of being able to roll....






all of these are rolled in the dominican republic by hand using nothing but whole cured tobacco leaves. no paper made from tobacco or anything like that. long filler leaves, a binder leaf, and a wrapper leaf. there are some crazy good rollers working in those factories - these are expensive cigars and i'd be willing to wager better constructed than almost ANYONE here could roll. almost, anyways.

you can't tell very easily from the photo, but the third cigar down is capped in a chisel shape - pointed but flat, instead of the more common rounded/flat cap or the tapered belicoso/torpedo cap. it is one of my all time favorite cigars, is incredibly potent with the nicotine and has an absolutely exquisite flavor. too much for me to handle on a day to day basis, but a DAMN fine smoke!

 

i'd like to see what topnotch could do if given ample supplies of high quality shredded cannabis and whole, supple leaves mild enough to smoke in a blunt and ready to be rolled. i bet if he had enough supplies and time to practice he could roll some of the crazy perfectos and diademas and other unusual shapes so coveted by many cigar lovers. hell, i'm sure it wouldnt even take him that much practice honestly. he always says more weed is easier to roll with than less

 

I hate Swishers. They're too small. The White Owl XL's or Dutch Masters are the way to go.

Here's a story of blunts:
In 2005, me and two friends went to Panama City Beach, Florida. We took 2oz with us, expecting it to last at least half of the week, but the first night, the 3 of us went through 20 blunt wraps and a box of white owls, so the entire 2oz was gone by the morning of the second day. We just smoked and smoked and got high properly. The rest of the week, we just drank hundreds of beers and some liquor.

i would like a blunt myself this evening, but haven't got enough to justify rolling a blunt with 1.5-2g and getting really stoned for a short period of time. i DO have enough to eat the same amount and get fucking stoooooned for hours, though, and just might do that.

failing that its gonna be vaporizer/bong night.

Eat you some then. I've only eaten weed twice, in the form of brownies, and I don't like it near as much as smoking. All it ever did for me was give me a really nice body buzz, but I get high for the mental effects.

i dont think i have any pics. its nothing special: a two foot blue acrylic bong i got for my birthday. i paid a couple extra bucks to get a glass slide for it - a bigger bowlpack, and glass instead of metal.

i peeled the ugly graffix decal off, though. so now its just a big ass plastic bong with a glass slide. at least it hits like a motherfucker, especially with hot water instead of cold (the steam is soothing to the throat)

the vaporizer is better quality than the bong. an ivape. but i need to either invest in a new whip or soak it in alcohol for a while to clean it out real good.

got a nice new bowl, and i -might- use it, but i'd rather not smoke too often from it till i get something REALLY good.

i like eating, gives me an AMAZING body buzz and i still get relatively fucked up from a mental standpoint. but it is more narcotic, truly....body buzz, sedation, only a little mindfuck....i like dosing to the point where i'm REALLY fucking high, but not so high i can't still take a couple hits from the bong or something to boost up the mental aspect.

 

Yeah it's very narcotic, almost opiate-feeling, imo.

I've never used a vape. I want one though.

 

yeah, and thats one of the reasons i love it so much. opiates, in terms of purely recreational effects in the short term, are hands down the most pleasant drugs i can imagine, though my experience with them is primarily limited to eating pills or doing cold water extractions, and a really good time with some damn potent poppy tea.

but i try and stay away from them. far too addictive. i used to take them without thinking much about it whenever i could get and afford them. then i found myself craving them and decided it was time to chill with the opiates and all other pharms for the most part, and limit my opiate use to when i have a legitimate prescription or once in a VERY, VERY long while.

eating pot is similar enough so that it gives that nice body buzz, i'm almost nodding off....bliss....and its still just pot, and i dont find myself craving it or anything more than i like to just smoke a bowl. its just nice when i've got a little extra on hand and a few hours at my disposal and i just want to chill and zone out.

plus i think i drink too much, and i dont drink almost anything when i've eaten pot. if i take pills, i still like alcohol a lot.

 

dont waste your money. I smoked from one for a weekend it never really got me high and its not like we were smoking shwag either, it was some home grown lemon G (i think thats what he called it), but as soon as i smoked from a bowl, bong, joint etc i would immediety feel myself getting high.

 

as for vaporizers i've not used many good ones. i love mine and it works great for me, but i know there are better out there. the only other vaporizers i've used other than mine were really low quality bubble-style vapes.

i've got an ivape, which is essentially the same as a vaporcannon and a couple other styles. it works well. worth the expense. and it provides a more up and energetic type of cerebral high, more classically sativa feeling, than you get from smoking. not that you'll get a sativa feeling from a heavy indica, but that it makes it MORE cerebral and energetic than regular smoking or eating regardless of what type it is.

tastes great the first few hits, too. and it conserves weed. its really pretty great.
