I've found a recent infatuation with Bluegrass. It's hard not to, living in the Bluegrass State and all.

Yonder is one of my favorites. Also, check out Rumpke Mountain Boys, Trampled by Turtles, and Greensky Bluegrass,

Went to a Rumpke Mountain Boys show a couple of weeks ago on mushrooms, and got to hear the Banjo with a little distortion, reverb, and through a wah wah pedal. BLEW my MIND

They are from my town but I first saw them at Appalachian Uprising last year. What really got me was hearing some acoustic slide banjo sound that just... beyond words. Infamous Stringdusters played after and oh man... what a first night.
