So i recently went to my local smoke shop to look at a power adapter for my MFLB and see if they had any extra batteries for sale. Well, they had the adapter (Pretty damn pricey) and eventually i just started browsing the glass when someone walked in, looked at the employee and said "Hey, blueberry man!'. After which, the man was handed a sheet that said "Potpourri Sign up sheet" across the top as the employee went to the stock room, made the hand off and proceeded to stair me down like I was a cop. Well, I've had a few runs with spice to know just what was going on here but I was shocked that they made you sign a log at this shop. If i was going to buy that, why the hell would i ever want to sign a log? My jaw dropped when 7-8 other sketchy individuals arrived, got the blueberry (No love for cherry flavor), signed the log and left. All within 15 minutes. I guess the reason I made this thread is to ask if anyone else is still seeing this stuff around, were i live most shops have been told very specifically not to sell this stuff (Courtesy of the local sheriff) and most have stopped entirely. The shops that do sell it are incredibly up tight about it, and this is the first one I've seen that makes you sign a log. The last shop before this one wouldn't even tell me how much it was going for, even after a transaction was completed right in front of me. Well, thats all i had to say. It's been banned in my area. A couple years ago they were in the shops, but no one had to sign anything. Stay away from that shit. It's garbage.
It is terrible stuff. Im surprised at how quickly its being banned, i though this loophole would be around for a while.
