I'd say that the bolded part is absolutely true, but it's also true that in spite of that, anyone else who learns you've been sucked off by another man will probably consider you gay anyway. Whether or not they're right or wrong (I'd say they were wrong for example) doesn't change the fact that that is how this information will be perceived by the general public.
