they certainly do.... I quite sure SE does in winter As his bad boys take years to dry However you may go through quite a few hair dryers over a year
I must have really thin dreads because my hair dries very quickly still... or maybe it's because they aren't fully matted yet. Not sure, but drying seems to take the same length of time as before. :/ No hair dryer needed here.
I did but I don't anymore. An hour after they were "dry" they'd be soaked again and I'm not blowdrying for two hours straight.
yes, i blowdry every time i wash (twice a week). it's a pain in the ass. and i'm scared of mold, so i dry it.
My dreads only take about 2 hours to dry, with tips still a bit wet. I sometiems blow dry them if i want to go to bed or wear a head band or soemthing
I did it once but never again, my dreads felt very dry afterwards (as in needed to be moisturised) blowdrying can cause damage to normal hair so I'd say it does the same to dreads. I just swish mine around after towel drying
I do now that its winter here in Australia, but usually i just wrap a towel around them and swing my head around a bit, quite like a wet dog
too lazy to go get a blowdryer and try it, beside my dreads are short and immature so drying doesn't take long
my method usually is wash hair, start a mosh pit outside with my dogs and mosh the water away. Then I just sit on the lounge (under ducted heating) until it be all dry
