i know strength changes with every batch. so this is for more fun than info...

Ill start off

I was in jersey when i picked up some blotter. It was straight white, no designs. a sheet was bout the size of a note card.
I did 3 hits each hit was 1cm x 1cm

nice strong acid the come up was clean no nausea, just a bit of leg discomfort, i didnt feel like moving around. was tripping within an hour. lasted 6 - 7 hours. very colorful and good visuals. not overwhelming metally, but very euphoric.

great stuff, great time.

 

1cm x 1cm is a gigantic hit, but I suppose it happens.

The main stuff I've seen has been white fluff, which is unperfed, plain white paper. It's quite strong. The only other thing I've had more than 1-2 hits of is what was supposedly "Albert Hoffman" blotter (although not the anniversary design). It was on paper that had fairly faint watercolor swirlies on both sides. Not particularly psychedelic looking, just some boring watercolor blobs. The paper was thicker than the fluff paper, and stiffer. The hits were extremely strong from what I know, not being incredibly experienced with all different kinds. I don't like to describe trips in terms of visuals, but one hit was good for legit visuals, and 2-3 hits were good for mad fucking visuals, extreme ego/self distortion, etc.

 

Plain white unperf'd blotters from NYC.. Not as potent as I like.. Takes about 3 for an ok trip and about 5 or more for a strong trip..

 

the stuff i get is not from an area, although i buy it in PA, it travels around the country with a traveling salesman. usually 200-250ish ugs. always blotter or gels. usually with a print, when blotter, or multi colored, when gels. 1/4"x1/4".

i usually take 1-3, i always have a good trip.

 

I forgot to mention that I am probably getting some blotter within the next six months from a person VERY close to the source, and I know a lot of people say that and it's bullshit, but this is actually true. They are supposedly 92 micrograms per hit, although I don't know how you would measure that so precisely. If I end up getting some (I can't decide because I told myself I wouldn't trip for another year or two, but I'm kind of feeling the urge after almost a year without ), I will be sure to report on the appearance and potency.

At the moment i have Mayan Sun tabs very. Very small tabs very thin paper. Its clean and strong, not a huge body high but definitely good visuals and strong mind fuck. Comes on subtly and then hits when you least expect it. And no taste what so ever
Ive had 2 hits and 6 hits.

Had Rolling Stones too, which are strong come on quickly and gives u a massive slap in the face. Large tabs and thick paper. Blotter tastes a bit though
Ive had 2 hits a couple of times and 9 hits once.

How can you call BS on StayLoose? Have you ever been close enough to an LSD source to say that you absolutely know the effects of a 100ug dose w/ certainty? I'm sure it would take more than that to trip your face off but i would guess that is a standard dose. I for one would LOVE for at least once in my life to be close enough to someone to know how many ug's of LSD i am ingesting so I can somewhat approximate the potency of future doses. I've been taking LSD for the past 16 years and everytime I asked how many ug's the doses were I would obviously get different answers that wouldnt quite match up w/ my experiences. I think dealers for the most part have NO idea how many ug's their product is. All I do know, is how much I like to ingest by eating 2 doses and taking it from there. How many ug's that is, i can only speculate..

stayloose now that you said something 1cm x 1cm is huge for a sheet being on a notecard. that explains why it was so strong, weak acid just alot of it... lol guess i got one hell of a deal. or he knew it was weak shit and he was chill has hell.

 

Makes sense about the 1cm x 1cm. As for the BS thing, I don't really feel defending myself, but there are a lot of reasons why I don't think that it's BS. First of all, this person is a close friend of mine, and the people who know the chemists are close friends of hers that she has been hanging out with and tripping with constantly for months. She's already dosed on the L that is in question. She was actually invited to go out west with them to lay the sheets the next time they go. As for 92 mikes per hit, from what I understand, 100 mikes is an average or even above average dose for one hit of blotter these days. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that a dose of 100 mikes would be considered by most people to produce significant effects, and a dose of 250-300 mikes is quite strong. I mean, in Be Here Now, Ram Dass talks about his Owsley-made 305 mike pills and he says that 305 mikes was a solid dose even for someone "like [him]," someone who tripped all the time. So, I don't think 92 mikes is unrealistic at all.

 

I think the problem is that no one really knows how many ug's they are actually taking, regardless of what their source is telling them. It's all speculation.. Unless of course, they know who's laying the sheets!

 

Yeah it's really just an estimate unless you're really close to the source. It's possible to make an educated guess because certain dosages are linked to certain levels of effects, but it's so subjective that even that is tricky (for instance, some people really trip face on 100 mikes, and so they might think they have killer blotter when really it's just average).

 

i find that i don't need nearly as much to trip decently anymore.

like when i first started i would usually take like 2 strong hits, but now i am completely alright with one most of the time... even had some pretty absurd experiences.

i don't know why everyone talks about taking so many hits. maybe the acid i am getting is really strong, or maybe i am just sensitive, or don't like tripping absurdly hard... but i'm usually good with like 1 strong hit.

Anyone ever seen blue unperfed blotters? White on the black blue on the front?

 

I was thinking the same. For example not so long ago I got some Mayan Calendar Blotter which IMO was a great acid, just 1 hit will do a nice trip. Also some Alex Grey blotter with Hoffman's drawing which was also a good acid one maybe one and half was a good dose.

Didi anyone got those Mayan Calendars and thought they need 3 or 4 to trip good? this to try to make a comparison lol

 

1cmx1cm tabs are around. all in how its cut or perfed. hoffmans are bomb hits. and BOMB vials are around. last night came down from 2 days of fun.

I had some at the start of the year. but i only got one and i took it with another tab, a hoffman i think. I actually cant remember that particular trip so i cant say how it was. I think one of my friends had some and thought they where pretty good. But I'll take 3 or 4 hits over one any day, even if it was really good acid.

 

Yup I'll agree with you, I'll also take around 3 hits on a "trip session", including the initial hit one for the sun set or the sunrise and an extra pice somewhere in the middle.

But I have been reading here of some guys saying they'll take first 3 or 5 hits to start and taking 3 Mayan Calendar for example would be a mind fucking hard trip
