So my girl bleeds almost every time we are together. She says it doesn't hurt at all. Obviously my first thought is to try using lube. I am a bit on the larger side and she is a smaller girl. Suggestions?

It could be cervical. Bleeding without a lot or little pain could be bruising. I would suggest she see a doctor to confirm and also discuss positions if that is the case where the cervix is titled and less likely to bruise.
