Black women and white men

I'm sure there are already threads on this topic but whatever.

For black women, do you find white men attractive? Have you dated and/or had sex with white men before? The reason I'm asking is because I'm white but I often find black women attractive.

 

Yes I love white men. I find them very attractive. I also think there's a higher chance of us having something in common, like a love of rock music.

I was in a 10 month monogamous relationship with a white man in 2009. At first it was long distance, which was hard, as we were madly in love with each other. Then he moved in. Things turned sour because he found out he had Herpes.

I, as a black man, was dumped by black women, who only have sex with whites. i think that answers your question.

 

I find all men attractive. Actually, I've only had one black boyfriend. For me it is not about race, it is about personality and features that I find attractive.

 

I'm not a racist. I prefer darker skin, but big brown eyes, juicy lips, a strong jaw, and big shoulders come from all over. My boyfriend is white, but more importantly he is friendly, funny, smart, industrious,talented, horny, great in bed, and ridiculously easy to look at. Those things are always true of my boyfriends regardless of skin tone or other irrelevant origins.

I find some black women attractive. And the responses I get from some of them when I ask them out for merely a lunch, to chat, and these are black women I was on a first name basis with...their responses were astonishing. One went far enough to say, in public "excuse me?!?! I don't know if you noticed, but last I KNEW I'm BLACK!" So I was like "Hmm. Really? How long have you known this?" "EXCUUUUUUSE ME?!?!?! Like ever since I was borrrrn! Hello!"

And she went ballistic. When she left I asked the lady at the counter "Was it something I said?" (truly, I was baffled). Her and about half the people there broke out laughing.

It's funny, but it's sad. Because I wasn't trying to make fun of her, it's just my persona. I did, previously, like her for her, as an individual. She had the looks, yes, but that's not what turned me on about her.

It seems odd to me that when I ask a black woman out to lunch or even on a date, they freak out about it. And then if I so much as look at them wrong now I'm labeled as a racist. I just don't get it.

 

Those females are racists. I guess I understand why a lot of the time if a white dude asks me out he might preface his attempt with a question about whether or not I date white guys. The question makes me uncomfortable, sure, but who'd want to be put through the type of ordeal you described? Awful!

Yes I find white men attractive, however, I can find an attractive man across races and ethnicities. IMHO, the mistake many make is sterotyping race/ethnicity. A white man from America is going to be different than a white man from England who is going to be different than a white man from the Netherlands. The same is true of black women. Those are Africa are different than those from the West Indies.

There are lots of divorces amongst those married to someone of the same race/ethnicity. I think it is best to look for a compatible partner.

Try not to assume that just because someone is black, they like soul food, soul music or rap. Just as someone black shouldn't assume white men like heavy metal, punk or rock.

Actually red refers to the archaic term for native american. Yellow an archaic term for asian. White, caucasian etc..

IMHO, too many people lump races and ethnicities together. White men in the US are different than white men in Australia who are differnt than white men in Sweden. The same is true of black women.

People of the same race/ethnicity divorce which means race isn't always a factor for incompatible relationships. It's really about values, does your partner share the same values, if they do, then who cares about their race.

To answer your question, yes I date white men, I really don't have much in common with black men.
