1 cup potatoes, chopped (peeling optional) 1 cup carrots, chopped 3 or more tablespoons margarine 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1 1/2 pounds lean, mild fish, cut into bite size pieces (young black-tip shark is good) 1/4 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning 1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 1/2-3 cups whole or skim milk Salt and pepper to taste. !. In a 2-quart pot, simmer potatoes and carrots in a small amount of water until done, but firm. 2. Saute celery in margarine until soft, then add onions and fish, continue cooking until done, but not brown. 3. Add this mixture to vegetables. Blend in all remaining ingredients. Heat to just below boiling. Cook about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
