I searched and didn't see a thread for this movie, so I started one. Was anyone else as impressed by this movie as I was? And the special features were just as intriguing. The music was incredible, the symbolism was great, and for the most part, the acting was spot-on. Christina Ricci absolutely NAILED this part. I thought this movie was going to be such a joke after Sam Jackson did Snakes on a Plane, but I was very wrong. Definately worth the watch.
Yes, and we females were lucky enough to get Justin Timberlake for our eye candy? What a crap deal that was.
in this movie Christina Ricci played the role of a sex-addicted young woman and Justin Timberlake is her boyfriend..
SPOILER ALERT!! I liked the ending. He's driving in the middle of these big scary trucks and has one of his sissy-boy attacks. Then when he pulls over she's having one of her sex abuse flashback attacks. When she pulls the chain around her waist, that pulls her out of her episode, enabling her to put her boobs on his back, which in turn pulls him out of his attack. She has a mental tool to help her get through life. I think Justin timberlake did an ok job of playing what he is in real life - a squeamish little pussy. However I think my favorite character in this movie is the radiator . lol.
some of the scenes in this movie were awesome,,,like the lightening part,,,,it is a bizarrre movie,,,,worth watching
Yes the Radiator played it's part with a real gusto that I haven't seen on the screen in years. I was sure the feed pipe was going to break causing Mr. Jackson to go chasing off after the cock crazy Christina once again. The movie could have used one good scene of her in a silk nightshirt getting tackled in a muddy field during a rainstorm at night and fighting to escape like a greased pig,,, but then I guess it might have crossed the line over into the category of softcore porn.
I bet you got a white girl tied up to your radiator and you're disappointed because shes not really christina ricci.
