Hellooooooooo All!! My name is Rosalie! And my username is infact supposed to be PsychadelicTreeHugger but i think it was too long or somethign. Hehe u prob havnt even noticed! I just came upon this site, it was a link on some other crafty site, and this is truly AMAZING! I just came on, and i was like practically speechless. Ive been indirectly looking for somehtign like this for AGES! I constantly search the net for anythign and every hting to do with hippy stuff, new-age stuff.... This is truly mindblowing!!!! (sorry, im a bit enthusiastic right now) Anyway im almost 16, and as u cn guess im deeply deeply interested in all things new-age (hippys, astrology, tarot, yoga, dreams, art, astralprojection) and so on. But i was just so frustrated coz i felt.... like i couldnt really explore ne of this deeply.. i duno, a helpless frustrated feeling... Im a liberal, even tho im really hopeless in politics, but lately ive bin getting so depresed due to the state of the world.... Anyway, sorry if this is a long introduction, but this forum is just wow, i kno even before exploring it properly. I feel right at home!!! And cnt wait to look into it all. Anyway, peace out

When I began reading your intro it was an exact reflection of how I felt when I found this place. I saw your age and it surprised me since I expected it to be from someone actually old. I found this only yesterday. I simply put on my brower "hippie forums' and it brought me here. My frustration has been that I have been discussing issues with people on the net for two years in other forums where this awareness is extemly rare. BTW those people who enjoy mostly constant exchange of insults, have nothing to do with basic hippie conciousness. I don't remember in any gathering small or large, intimate or open, people being skillful at verbal wars. Love was shared constantly and even without sentiment; a thing you did out of necesity and practicality. When I came to the first hippie pad gathering in NYC, there was a song playing while we all talked: "common people, smile on your brother, everybody get together, try to love one another right now". I truly felt I had arrived home.
