Lovely pictures... reminds me of paddling at Hebden Bridge with the ducks last summer...

 

This one is my favourite.. I like the colour balance.. it just works.

me like this one i think theres a hint of humour to the photograph.. i love their heads being so hig and the way you caught one walking.. makes me think of goose step nazi style

It's a pretty picture. Don't read too much into it.

Most of the birds were reasonably friendly, but zoom lenses certainly help

 

What type of camera / lens / settings?

 

The camera I uses is a Canon 300D Digital Rebel. I use a variety of lenses - main is a Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 USM Mk2, but for the longer zooms I mainly use a Sigma AF 55-200mm f/4-5.6 DC. 'Settings' will vary from shot to shot.
