Im shooting for the sky but does anyone know where I could get a Binson Echorec? or if there is another pedal that can produce the same sound as the Binson? need one pretty bad.

They're considered antique by now, just find a modern echo unit or two, play with em and you'll get some results. Or go garagesaling for a couple years and you might find one.
If you're looking for a vintage tube tape echo sound the Fulltone TTE is the best you can get right now. They run about $1100.00. Remember, even if you got a Binson Echorec, no one makes tapes for them anymore. They are collectibles, don't waste your money.
