Billionaire tells councillor: take a bath

So some asshat rich guy who's trying to increase his billions by opening a huge resort stoops to mud-slinging and stereo-typing hippies. I'd trust the councillor rather than the suit-wearing billionaire; whenever some politician or businessman wears an expensive suit and drives an expensive car, I start to worry how he can afford such things... usually I suspect the answer is 'from my money'
