I just saw this movie and I think it is splendid. Magical and emotional and just fun to watch. I seem to love all Tim Burton films. Did anyone else like it?
i saw it and liked it very much. it took me a while to figure out what was going on in the movie, missed the first 10 minutes. but after the movie finished, instead of going to bed, we talked about the movie for a llttle bit and then it came upon me what happend during the movie. all in all, very good movie, gonna get it when it comes out on dvd.
I liked the story and setting, was a little hokie at parts but entertaining. Tim Burton is a master of production.
Thats whats nice about it. It's a tall tale, a blatent lie. I like Tim Burton films. Most are a little too dark, but this one was just right.
I was really disappointed. I expected more substance. Although I think it was OK, I think it tried too hard to be "strange and unusual." And it really wasn't.
It was a sweet movie. The ending got me choked up because he did know his father after all....... peace chickens
I'm not a big movie watcher but this one sucked me in because I wanted to know so badly why the hell the movie was called BIG FISH. Honestly, what a brilliant name for a movie.
Moonlight. Two reasons. When people lie or exaggerate about how "BIG" the fish that got away when they were fishing, it is called a "Fish Story." Some call a specatular lie a "Fish Story" as well. And then there was the entire secondary story of the big fish who ate the wedding ring, in the movie......
I loved it. Of all of the films of 2003 that were not "The Return of the King," it is easily my favorite. Our stories are valuable.
