*Lights a lot of roman candles

Big Brother is set to grace our screens yet again. After the fiasco and slander last series, I will be looking forward to seeing how channel four deal with the big brother contestants?

My personal opinion is Big Brother has gone too far and channel four just don't hear that message because they are deaf and think they have the latest most popular ace up their sleeves. But anyway, I believe the Shilpa Shetty fiasco was overdramatic and actually there was nothing racist about it. No racist comments, just a bunch of cats having an arguement.
Hope to see less arguements and woe is me because I am foreign and more positive vibes. How about bringing back Science:)

Your views of New Big Brother. As you know you can watch Big Brother live on E4 and then an hour later on E4+ 1 hour.

    *sigh*

I always hated Big Bro and would do anything to avoid it until Pete Burns. And here I'll admit, I like the geezer. I think he's witty and just scathing enough to make good entertainment. Plus, he sings well.

Anyway, ever since then, It has continued to pique my curiousity and I find myself watching it even when I know I shouldn't.

    It's like a train wreck.

I did already check out the few released pics of the house and find it utterly amusing that the kettle and toaster are under lock and key and only Big Bro can open it. This should be something to make all the housemates quite annoyed ... that is, unless they work out they can simply just boil water on the oven and toast their bread under the grill ... but we all know the housemates are just not that smart usually.

ok ... i'll go hang my head in shame now ... we all have to have SOME guilty pleasure. at least I don't listen to Girls Aloud. ;)

I tend to agree -there was lots of comments we did not get to hear about though.
NOW everybody seems happy with each other - seeing the potential to draw a line under it all to further their careers.
I have to say I did not like Shilpa at all - she was soooooo patronising.

Anyhoo I might watch BB on a Friday if I am pissed enough. :)
I like the other programmes BBLB BBBM etc they are funny.

Unfortunatly john - it is BB 6 not 5.

I hate Big Brother. You can know everything about it and you don't have to watch a single programme!

I'm going to watch it, or start watching it at least. If it pisses me off I'll stop. It is a guilty pleasure, but my curiosity does get the better of me. I don't watch much telly usually, and I never watch the soaps or daytime tv, so this is my one indulgence.

So, all ladies! Heaven help the poor guy who comes in on Friday if they all get PMT at the same time :)

I think Tracy used to be a man, she's very macho in manner and has a suspiciously deep voice if you ask me.

Those without freeview will not get the full advantage of Big bro 6. I realised last night and early this morning, I got live big bro 6 on E4.Still watching it. Nothing really good at the moment. But that woman in a technicolour pullover looks interesting.

I do find myself watching it. No shame in it either I reckon. It's educational in a way, watching strangers pal up and then in a matter of weeks be ready to tear chunks out of each other. This series looks marvellous if you ask me! 11 women? Excellent television :)

I'd love to be that guy ;)

Ok I have to say, I tell myself every year "no dont watch it, it only annoys you and you end up getting addicted"
And alas I watched it on the first night thinking, I will just see who they got going in and I have been watching it since :whistling

I dont really like the programme i just get drawn to it and then find i am watching it every night *sighs* its like car crash tv, you dont really wanna watch it but you just cant help yourself!
I think they should set up a Big Brothers Anonymous so us peeps can get help!!!

    Loz xxxx
