So potentially you could be at a light next to a stolen car and suddenly YOU become a suspect, and your movements are now going to be monitored, and you personally put under suspicion. Let's say you visit your local dealer to score some smoke. Let's say he gets busted (for anything, really). They go back and see who's been visiting the dealer, and guess what? They find YOU in the tapes (more than once). It could also just be that you live next door, but there's no way to tell how involved you are with this person.
