Basically, friday night I called the cops for my mother assaulting me, well she turned in weed and pills they found earlier (which was old) and it was reported to my probation officer. They tore apart my room today and found X pills which I didn't know about at the time. I'm on house arrest untill court, I've been charged with 2 counts of possesion of illegal narcotics (actually 3 counts) and possesion of firearms while on probation. My probation officer specifically said that I could keep my hunting rifles in my room in a SAFE which I did. I'm looking at big boy time, aren't I?
Unless your a convicted felon then id say no. Little pot and pills isnt too bad its personal as for the X i dont kno but some states have pretty bad laws on that so you might get fucked there. If your 18 and your not a felon then theres no reason they should be aggravated about you having hunting rifles in a safe. Since you were on probation you might serve a little time but not years I doubt it at least. Ive had friends get into much worse and have gotten away fairly mild.
from what i hear, ohio drug laws aren't that bad. you'll have to research the specific crimes and the penalty they carry up online to find out specifics though.
Eh, we all make mistakes? I've learned a lot even just from my first charge, I finally didn't admit to shit. I've decided, no matter the plea bargain, I'm fighting this untill either I'm on free soil or untill I'm behind bars. I'm done getting the bad end of the deal.
