Beyond Wonderland

Has anyone gone in the past? I see its been at other places besides so cal, but I'd love if you'd share your experiences, both good and bad. It's here in March and it might be something different to check out.

What is it? Where is it?

 

It's in san berdoo... next month. I went to EDC at that venue about 5 yrs ago, its a good venue.

I'm not a raver per se, but it might be a fun psychedelic time.

Infected Mushroom live.

 

Who wants to go? Ill go just for infected alone. And I only live forty minutes away.

 

I'm considering it too. I doubt most of you would want to trip with an old fart but none the less, sounds interesting.

Was hoping someone who's been would chime in with their experience.

I went to EDC at that venue awhile back and it had a really positive vibe. Of course I wasn't tripping and didn't hang in the dance areas very long.

The visual art and people were great though.

The 'Chess Village' stage is SICK! Richie Hawtin, M.A.N.D.Y, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, & Paco Osuna... If I was on the left coast I would go. Thank god we have Ultra here in Miami. =D

 

ultra has a pretty good dam lineup!

 

The hours are kind of weak for beyond Wonderland and I've already Seen Infected Mushroom and Christopher Lawerence.

Less big names here but this is more of a real rave if someone wants to come down to San Diego in a couple weeks...

might as well go and check it out. a buddy of mine went last year and saus it was good. nothing like TAO or monster massive though. but still good. we live an our and a half away though =/

 

That all night underground in San Diego is tomorrow! Probably going to be a solid mix of younger and older, I think they're spinning some good rave music, little to no dubstep crap. Should be a pretty Amazing night!

 

Dude, have a great time and thanks for the invite. It's rainy across the whole state, not exactly a great time for a road trip.

i might be going. my friends have been trying to get me to get my tickets but i dont wanna drop that much money right now.
so idk yet. but from what people have told me, its a really good massive. edc has a bunch of posers and annoying people, and i heard Beyond has more real ravers. and its less crowded in a bigger scenic venue.

havent checked out the lineup yet but i should.

I don't think they had the full lineup released when you intially posted this, but the full lineup is out now and this event looks pretty damn good man! I don't think I will be able to make it myself but I doubt you'll be let down if you go, a lot of quality djs.

 

Besides $75, what would keep you from going? Just curious... I'm still iffy.

 

$75 If I knew EDC was going to be in Las Vegas this year I may have made more a conscious effort to save up for this. Nocturnal is a good one but that's in the fall and there are usually various decent undergrounds and DJs playing at clubs throughout the year.

 

Infected Mushroom is playing a club on March 24 in Costa Mesa.

 

So does that mean you're going to EDC? Or, thought it was going to be in LA again and was planning on that?
