Hi, I'm new and posted a couple of times, I guess I should be polite and introduce myself. I'm always accused of being a hippie, but I think that's mostly because of my wife. Me? I'm a Christian and an ordained minister -- I hope you don't hate me already! I've been a youth pastor, a senior pastor, and the manager at a big-box retailer. I have short hair, I wear polo shirts, and I'm boring. My lady, "Darcy" on the other hand . . . well I think she's the hippie. She grew up on an organic farm where the kids ran around naked in the summertime until they hit puberty. As a teenager her parents divorced and she went to live in the city with her mom, who is a New Age painter and sculptor of some small reputation. Darcy is a natural health coach, a distributor of several lines of natural food supplements, doesn't let anything unnatural into her body, and still doesn't wear clothes if she thinks she can get by without them. She's a Sagittarius so she makes her own rules. She doesn't own a bra or a razor, but when she dresses up she looks like the perfect pastor's wife or entrepreneur businesswoman. And of course we've raised two proud non-conformist kids. Daughter number one is an Aries who owns a natural foods store; Daughter number two is a Virgo who lives in a polyamorous relationship and packages herbs for the natural-foods industry. So I'm not hip, just living on borrowed hipness . . .
