pull out the laptop and hop on the forums for sure. Fish, hike, canoe, swim, eat mushies, wrestle with bears, the usual
A nice hike through the beautiful woods is always a plus while stoned.....kinda get in touch with the environment.
is it just me or is damaging the environment not a good way to spend some high times on a nice forest walk?
I second this. I find walking and breathing in deeply much easier and more pleasing to the senses after a good smoke.
dont forget the weed and munchies! i couldn't do that even if i was sober...maybe if i had a chainsaw or something
well typically, I do not catch anything when I fish and if the gods grace me with a small fish I will let it go. However, I will attempt to catch my dinner. Fishing isn't a sport to me; just a means of dinner. But catching a fish to eat is a lot different than knocking down trees for shits and giggles, IMO. I'm sure your views differ and I respect that. did you see this bullshit story? its unrelated to the thread but i thought I'd post it up anyways. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18574603/?GT1=9951
why is that bullshit? that is just plain ignorance the sentance probably could have been less..but even as Vegans that is just straight ignorance, obviously u cant fucking raise a baby on Apple juice and soy milk that post kind of reinforces my views on being a Vegetarian can be very very unsafe and unhealthy
Yeah I read about that too. Breast milk. I dont understand why she would not breat feed. Cows do the same for their young. It is not inhumane. You are not being hurt. You are helping your child. Some vegans can really piss me off. I know one in real life, and she will bitch you the fuck out if you drink milk in front of her.
I feel like it is bullshit because imo the fact that the parents are vegan is beyond the point. The baby died of malnourishment not veganism. Even as vegans the child could have been alloted the necessary nutrients for growth. I think that there MIGHT be a lot of antivegan talk as a result. Personally I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but to each their own. I would agree taht in order to be a vegetarian it takes intelligence to do it safely.
yea thats what i kinda thought u meant, although being Vegan definatly contributed to the babies death, it was overall ignorance which killed the baby, and as a result of the parents being vegan, the media will obviously pinpoint that as the biggest factor, even if it hadnt been in the case thats the media for ya
What do you mean waht to do in the woods? Go for a walk, observe, appreciate it all... besides taht, I dunno, I LOVE smokin in the woods tho, I love finding pretty places to sit down and smoke up another bowl at. Thats kinda like hte mission when im smoking up in the woods- to find the perfect spot to sit and chill. haha or you could picnic I guess
