best song.

Im really beginning to think that God Only Knows is the best song ever written. no matter how many times I listen to that song, or hear it, I get emotional. is there any other song thats been around for almost 40 years and still gets people teary eyed?? there arent many.

 

The age has nothing to do with how great it is and i think November Rain by Guns N Roses is much better and much more emotional.

this song is so incredable, john lennons masterpiece, and greatest song made ever imo

 

"Imagine" is good and all, but I've always thought that "Dear Prudence" was Lennon's best work. Maybe I'm alone in thinking that, though.

 

damn I like dear prudence more than imagine too....

but I think anything off of plastic ono band is better than both of those....

I would say God... or mother. maybe working class hero.

 

I haven't listened to much Lennon but, I hate Imagine. It just is too peaceful and has no emotion

for some weird reason "reise, reise" song has quite an appeal to me

Unforgiven kicks ass but, I think One is better and nothing Else Matters is more emotional.
