Best rising sign?

If you were able to choose your own rising sign, which one would you choose? and please explain why.

Well, my rising sign is Libra, and I think if it wasn't that's what I would want to choose.. because the rising sign is all about how others perceive you, its all about your appearance to the outside world and your interactions with people - its actually a little superficial. I think Libra was probably made to be in the rising position because I feel that this is what this sign is all about.. Libra is all about your social poise and grace and sometimes even Libra can be a little superficial as well. Having Libra rising I feel definitely fills me with a sense of shallowness, even though my Moon, Mars, and Venus could all be taken into account with this as well. But referring strictly to the rising sign, I do think having the Libra placement is probably an advantage. I mean, any and all zodiac signs come with their own advantages in each different position, like a Scorpio rising would give a nice boost of confidence and magnetic allure or a Capricorn rising would give a level head and logical outlook, but I think I enjoy most the idea of having the boost of charm and friendliness that a Libra rising could give, which is why I would choose it :] Even if does come with some superficial tendencies :]

 

A Scorpio ascendant is actually quite painful - I wouldn't recommend it

I have a leo rising and I'm quite fond of it. I really enjoy the leo aspects of my chart, as my jupiter is also in leo.

 

im a pisces with a gemini rising sign. which i dislike! love pisces - pity that the personality i show to others is gemini eh.

rising signs are amazing to me. now i live in as a scorp asc with scorp sun...but i will soon live as a pisces rising ...sounds exciting. i wonder how i will be. softer, dreamier to people!but i always consider my true self as sun/moon because i feel those more everyday esp. my moon. but i guess sun/asc in the same sign you see who i really am always.

 

Im a pisces with capricorn rising--I love it to hate it! Cap kicks me to do more stuff and be more responsible and independent. Which takes away from pisces laziness. But I hate it cause Im always worried about the future, financial and everything and I have a hard head, Im very stubborn if i dont get my way when i think its the best way.

Anyways. I's like to have either gemini or scorpio rising

I would be the same Ascendant, Libra but not at 13 degrees (critical degree) and I would move Chiron from my 1st house. Beside that my Saturn makes square to my AC and I would like to move Saturn to have trine with my AC.
The next AC would be Leo: they never fall down.
