Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on improving the efficiency and overall quality of our grounds maintenance routine. We manage a medium-sized property with lawns, shrubs, walkways, and a few garden beds. Lately, we’ve struggled with keeping everything tidy while staying within time and budget limits. What strategies, schedules, or tools have you found most effective for maintaining clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor spaces? Do you prioritize certain tasks seasonally, use specialized equipment, or follow a specific workflow? Any tips, checklists, or insights would be greatly appreciated!
Get familiar with pesticide applications. Pre-emergent, selective herbicides and fertilizers can save you a lot of work if used correctly. Aerating, thatching when needed and a properly timed and efficient irrigation system are also a necessity. Are you a landscaping contractor?
