The world of c2c has changed a lot. Mostly for the bad. It's "golden years" was 7-8 years ago. There were actually a lot of them. Nearly all free and all kinds of variety, as in sites mostly 1 on 1, or small groups could at the same time etc. All of those I knew and used back then are gone. Most bought up by the industry, a few just vanished. The Porn industry is enormous with lots of cash. They make good money on pay cam sites, and don't like free sites that do the same thing but for free. So if/when one starts to get popular - at all - they are snatched up. Today, most cam sites you go to are merely shell sites that have all the same cam models... all are pay. I know of only a couple now I use, but I won't name them because I am pretty sure it is against site rules to link other forums?
