Best and Worst Drink Combinations

What are the best and worse combinations of alcohol and non alcoholic drink you have ever created? For me the best is Code Red and vodka, while the worst is blackberry brandy and orange juice. Just the thought makes me want to puke.

the worst drink i ever made was probably gin and liptons green tea with citrus.
it was pretty gross. so is vodka mixed with any kind of pop

the best drink i probably made was actually a jello shot.
it was orange jello with 99 bananas for the liquor.

 

It was a dare, my friend took a shot of vodka with hot sauce lol.

 

Last summer I had bacardi and liprons green tea...talk about horrible.

Best drink I ever made was grape juice, vodka and lime juice but too much work if you are just aimin to get drunk.

 

the best drink is white wine mixed with ginger beer

 

for sweet girly drinks, i really dig rootbeer with vanilla vodka

i also love a good mojito (not made from a mix) which is rum, mint leaves, sugar/simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, and soda water or sparkling mineral water

but one of my all time favorite combinations is a classic...i love me a martini. gin and vermouth, in the proper proportions, is an amazing drink. my favorite is a hendricks martini, which is made with hendricks gin which is infused with the flavor of cucumbers. instead of an olive or onion, you garnish a hendricks martini with cucumber slices. delicious!

 

oh and the worst drinks.....hmm.....

probably a poorly made bloody mary. i mean, a good bloody mary is great. but if the proportions are even just slightly skewed, they're fucking disgusting.

 

actually a white russian is like vodka, cream and ice. never tried it.


ok the best? pina colada tops anything, but same old redbull and vodka is great also

worst? apple juice with brandy

 

I think the best thing I have ever drank is called a PD special, I learned about it at a restaurant/bar in Plattsburgh NY named Geoffreys. You take a big ass cup and layer Guinness, Framboise, and Hoegaarden together, it is delicious as hell.

The grossest thing I have ever concocted would prolly be the one time at the neighbors house they were having a big neighborhood party for one reason or another. I was about 7 or 8 I would say. I went to the cooler and mixed every different soda they had at the party in one cup it tasted like butt.

 

^is that like a framboise liqueur, a syrup, or a framboise lambic beer? sounds potentially intrigueing, but quite strange

I'm not gonna lie the first time I heard of it I was a little intrigued as well. Its a taste that cant really accurately be explained, but its a bit fruity, but has that full guinness flavor. It is incredibly enjoyable though.

 

guinness makes a lot of beers. is it the guinness draught, or guinness extra stout?

 

anyway it may be the middle of a sunday afternoon, but i just got back from the bar. i wasnt there long, i just wanted to get two drinks to make me feel a little better since i'm sick

one of their sunday drink specials is a three dollar blueberry bomb. now i hate red bull and hate jager bombs, but a shot of jager is 4 bucks, and so for three dollars i figured i'd give this a try. i was gonna get a jager bomb initially despite a dislike for red bull because i wanted the energy plus i wanted the medicinal qualities of the jager.

this wasn't too bad. i think it was blueberry stoli and red bull?

also had a hacker-pschorr hefeweizen, then dipped

 

jagerbombs are good...have too many and you smell fucking horrible the next morning though. I'd never pay for em at the bar...way overpriced.

 

Vanilla Vodka and Dr. Pepper. It was horrible.

 

chasing a litre of E&J with a 5th of Blue 100.. worst by far.. but it'll get ya fucked up.. best..
