I don't really see the recreational use, everybody talks a lot of hype about them but I find whenever I take them I just want to go to sleep, or just like sitting on a couch the whole time. I don't find it that much fun, they're great for coming down off amphetamines though

I've tried valium, xanax, and cyclobenzaprines and had the same feeling for them all, especially the cyclobenzaprines knock you the the hell out!

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant (different than Benzos) but yeah, it makes me sleepy too. I only like Xanax because I need it, and my Dr. agrees. My theory is that it's kind of like the opposite of ADD meds, kids that need Ritalin typically don't find it enjoyable to use, but kids who don't get high off of it. Xanax & valium, on the other hand, may not be much fun to generally chilled out people who don't have anxiety. I'm sure there are holes in my theory. Any thoughts?

No, that sounds about right. It's about altering your conciousness to a state you don't normaly get to experience. If you're a panicy person it must be absolute bliss to be chilled out for once. And for me, a generaly lethargic sloth, speed is fucking king . . .

I love benzos. I can't take kpins anymore...I always end up getting wicked depressed when I'm on them. Xanax however is heaven. I love them. Ativan is okay. It's kind of weak though.

Kpins can be a good time sometimes...I dunno.

Most people I know who have done benzos we all have blacked out while on benzos (when taken in semi recreational/recreational doses.)

    peace
