Traditionally made on Beltane (or May Day) this is good throughout the summer as a sweet snack! (it's very yummy!)Preheat oven to 375°

    • 2 cups sifted flour
    • 1 cup ground almonds
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 5 eggs
