Is it possible to be a skeptic and someone who only regurgitates dogma at the some time? IMO a skeptic is someone who at the very least can think for themselves, analyze a statement and ask pertinent questions.
Can someone be a skeptic and a bigot at the same time? Being a bigot I consider to be diametrically opposed to being of a circumspect state of mind. Being circumspect I would think would at least be useful to being a skeptic.

Depends on how you define skeptic, I suppose. By your definition, yes, I think one could be both a skeptic and a bigot.

Both skeptic and bigot do not know the truth. If they did, there would be no reason to be a skeptic and/or a bigot.
