Being a sellout

I was just called a sellout last night because I was hanging out with a white person.

I'm black and my "friend" who is a guy , happens to be white, were sitting eating buffalo wings at our hangout spot. We go there all the time, even the people that work there knows us and are very cool.

Two black females were leaving and I heard one of the women whispering sellout as she leave. Due to my ability to hear things far away, or at a low pitch (I should be apart of x-men or something)

This "white" guy is like a brother to me, we been best fiends for over 6 years. We do get a lot of stares when we are together, I guess people think we are dating, but I'm a hardcore lesbian but you wouldn't tell if you seen me in the streets, and he's just got in a relationship (with a black girl).

But he do tell me people do stare at us more then they stare at him and his girl. Maybe its me , or the way I dress, or something. IDK.

I dress really good by the way, but different.

 

Eehh, you'll have that sort of thing from morons and theres a helluva lot of 'em running around. Since the two morons of reference in this post don't feed you or contribute to your over all well being I'd say fuck 'em...in a manner of speaking.

Forget those two, you got a good connection with this guy, cherish it. Life is too short to worry about losers.

Its always funny when ignorant people insist on thinking that there are different communities that shouldnt mingle together (the black, the white, the gay, whatever). When really, there are only two different communities in the human race : the stupid and the clever.

Those girls are just perpetuating prejudices they likely complain about regularly.

I don't understand what's the big deal about race, when we all bleed, we bleed one color which is red blood, so aren't we all the same.

 

Lots of people are uncomfortable because they have no life experience in working, talking and dealing with other ethnicities and only judge out of ignorance. Racism is based on ignorance, and a lot of ignorant people hate and poke fun at what they don't know.
