Good thing it was still under construction and no people were inside. The fire was the result of a fireworks display to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Within minutes the entire building, from top to bottom, was on fire. AND IT DIDN'T EVEN COLLAPSE!!!! Mmmmm...
The ash is so heavy, in the nightly humid bog, that it lingers and falls just as fast at it rises up from the heat. Oh, and the building wasn't finished being built.
I saw a building go up like that, though smaller in size maybe only 10-15 stories, from welding mishap while under construction. Heat was rising so fast it was sucking up flaming materials and raining it down blocks away catching other stuff on fire. Quite a sight while stoned. That building also did not fall.
