The life/love story of Jane Austin... Oh .... it is wonderful and James MacAvoy is truly delightful in it... Sad ending though....take plenty of tissues *sob sob*
I despised that movie, (being a HUGE Austen fan), Anne Hathaway was so wooden and I saw little chemistry between her and the leading man. It also annoyed me how it had all the little references to her books - not EVERYTHING in her novels came from her personal experiences! But I guess some people might have enjoyed the references to her books.
I honestly didn't like and I love Jane Austen as well. I did not enjoy Anne Hathaway's performance at all. The only saving grace for me was that it had James McAvoy and he was brilliant as always.
